- Heartland Hope Mission Crisis Recovery Center, 15556 Industrial Rd. M-F 9am-3pm, Sat 10am-12pm

Christian Outreach Program-Elkhorn, 20601 Elkhorn Drive, open daily from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm until further notice.
- The Salvation Army Western Division, Blair Disaster Assistance Center (DAC) on the grounds of Skinny Bones Pumpkin Patch (3935 Hwy. 133) from 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- The Salvation Army Western Division Council Bluffs Location: 715 N. 16th St. (also on the Lakin Campus)
will be open Tues 9am-12pm and 1pm-7pm, Weds 9am-12p and 1pm-3pm, Thurs 9am-12pm and 1pm-7pm and Friday 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.
- First Lutheran Church-ELCA 2146 Wright St, Blair. Check for times.
- Those with needs in Bennington should check with St Johns Lutheran Church and Three Timbers Church.
- Minden, IA check in with Neola Area Community Center
